Shipping:
Toetag's shipping charges are processed by weight. Therefore the heavier your order is the higher the shipping cost will be.
The minimum shipping rate ( approximatly1 DVD) is:
$5.00 for US
$6.00 for Canada
$7.00 for International Orders
For each additional item the shipping rate will increase depending on the weight of the total package.
Please allow up to three weeks for processing. Although orders are usually shipped a lot more swiftly than in a three week time frame, it is not uncommon for TOETAG to be out of town working on a project. Sometimes the promptness of our shipping will suffer for this. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been sent. This e-mail will contain a tracking number. All orders are shipped via The United States Postal Service. You can visit the USPS website to see when your order was shipped/delivered or if you have any questions regarding their policies/services.
Delivery times may vary depending on delays due to customs or routing delays. Toetag has no control over such delays.

Returns Policy:
At TOETAG we pride ourselves in quality merchandise. In the rare occurance any of our products are found to be defective we will gladly exchange the defective item for an identical replacement.
